He walked quietly to the entrance door where he got frozen up like a fridge fish. The door was locked with a padlock and with that he needed no one to tell him that no one was in the house. -

"what's happening? Is every thing alright? Where could they have gone to?"

he asked him self. He had a spare key to the lock so he quickly unlocked it and entered the house immediately.

He was a little beat pleased, at least , their belongings were still in the house . He needed to find them quick so he dialed Hugo's number. Hugo picked the call at the first ring.

"Hello Hugo, where are you ? Where is mercy? Why are you both not at home?"

Felix voiced out at once. 

"their is a big problem boss." Hugo shuddered. 

"what!? What is it??"

Felix ejaculated. He found his mind wanting to blow like a knoke-out

"you have to come down to Trinity Hospital. Mercy is hospitalized since yesterday"

Hugo answered blubberedly.

"Holy Mary!! What happened!!! Infact wait , I'm on my way" Felix bawled as he ran out of the house to his car. He even forgot to lock the door while in the haste to get to the Hospital Quick.

"where is she ? I need to see her"

Felix echoed despreatly fifteen minutes later when he had gotten to the hospital. Hugo led him to where Mercy was.

The previous day after the fruitless search of his boss, he returned and found Mercy lying on the floor just at the entrance door.

He was grieved and scared to the marrow

. The only option left for him was to take her to the hospital.

"what happened to her?"

Felix probed as he entered the room fully.

Hugo explained to him all he knew of. Main while, he was unaware that his parents showed up earlier.

Felix felt like punching him self blue and black as he blamed himself .

He shouldnt have stayed long in that freaking hotel.

Had it been he came back early enough, she wouldn't have missed him much how much more lying unconsciously at the Hospital Bed.

Step by step, he adopted a position beside her.

He stared at her with pains in his eyes for like Five minutes before he finally grabbed her hand and reached it on his fore head.

"i am sorry my love. I failed my promise once again. I shouldn't have left you. I promised to be beside you always but i failed. I stupidly allowed my anger to get the better of me." he said grievously.

"i am so sorry Felix. I shouldn't have been rude to you."

Felix motioned his eyes down immediately and found her eyes open.

She must have woken up the moment he touched her unawares to him.

He held her hands tight as she continued with what she was saying.

"i shouldn't have asked you to leave. Please forgive me. I love you so much Felix, i dont know what i would do without you. You are the only one i am living for.

by now, she was crying.

Felix placed a finger inbetween her lips there by relinquishing her from talking furthermore.

"i love you so much Mercy . You are the love of my life. I would never leave you again i promise."

Felix asserted as they cried together. Letter on, mercy told Felix that his parents came to the house the day before.

That was all she could remember because she collapsed on the floor when His father had tried saying something.

Felix was notably angry having the thought that his one and only love fainted before His parents and they did nothing to help.

They just left her there to go for an eternal rest when it's not yet her time.

This is some thing despicable. He needs to confront his parents and talk sense into them. He probably had played a good son for so long. Its time to take action. - - - - -

"you are such a wicked man!"

Chief Gavin raised his head from the document which he was about to sign to see his son screaming at him arrogantly as he berged into his office.
