In  a world of relativism the word perfect can be measured in infinite ways. In a world of realism perfect is nowhere near achievable. 

The small town of Grand is not your typical home town. What happens when the body of a young woman is found in the Lake Grande? What happens when the boundaries of perfection are being redefined in the focal view of young Penny as she struggles to untangle the mystery revolving around the murder of this woman stranger to everyone?
