I thought I would make you smile with the ink of my pen

But I don't speak funny so how can I write funny and so I stole some notes from Johnny.

I read the words to you and your cheeks turned red and my heart sped. Your white teeth flared and a word was not spared, every line was fine worth a dime.

When you cracked a smile my soul cracked a sigh cus deep down I know that am not been funny am just been Johnny.

Now i know there will never be joy in the ploy of reaping another mans toil, so why soil my hands with another mans soil.
